Mountain lake resort

has a modern and luxurious service area, so that the comfort for the owners and the guest is guaranteed. There is day-and-night security, providing peace and comfort to all guests. A professional company maintains the green areas and the common areas.

There is a managers team to help each owner to rent out their apartments. We organise unique tourist programmes during the winter-summer season, working with popular tourist agencies. The resort has is own transport, which is convenient when travelling to the airports, as well as for visiting all the sights in the region.

Technical maintenance of the common equipment and areas, which includes:

  • eplacement of light bulbs;
  • repairment or replacement of faulty keys and contacts in the common areas;
  • repairment or replacement of faulty locks and automatic doors in the common areas;
  • repaiment or replacement of faulty faucets (taps), sinks, drains and toilets in the common areas;
  • other ordinary repaiments in the common areas.
